I have been dubbed Mr. Pet Sounds and Mr. Country Love by polite and honored board member Smile Brian. I hope I live up to those esteemed titles.

It was the album that got me into them, I thought it was the album that got most people into them as well (that is if thy weren't already fans in the 60s and 70s).  It's not a complicated album, yeah it's sophisticated for its time but it's still very much a pop album and a very accessible one at that.  I'd say it's more accessible than some of their early albums which while good are certainly dated.  One of the strengths of Pet Sounds is that it stands the test of time.

Well said.

In Concert

Not bad. One big flaw though: the lack of Dennis.

The best general recommendation must be one where Dennis is well-represented!
