This is excellent. Certainly better than any of the latest pop crap around!

Listened to your other Cloud tracks/demos.  This new one is the Best so far.  That keyboard has Steve's groove down to a T.  Captures the late 70's New Wave sound/feel very well.
And seriously, check out Radio Stars - you might find something you would like to cover.  They were a great band.  Also, have you heard The Records?  Their third long-player - Music on Both Sides.  Give it a spin.
Good Luck.  Sounds like you are on to something!
.
EDIT:  Wait, you have been on to something!  For Years.
Checking your posts I found you in How to Swim.  I even posted on one of your strange posts.  Okay then.  This Demo does not sound too much like your band.  But what I said still holds true.  The track "Radio Stars" is ripe for a re-airing/cover.  You probably do know who those bands I mentioned are.  You are older than the picture on SoundCloud lets on.  Got some time on my hands today and took a look at some of the band's videos.  You've got some good ones.  "Small Moving Parts" is Great!  I didn't write the name down...but the one with the dude dancing in the church and several others are very good.  "Corpsing"? was that it?
Good Luck with the new record Paul.    peace, Will

I LOVE THIS SONG.

Oh, I certainly know why you said so. Upon hearing it for the 1st time, I thought it was you on vocs, just sounding a little less 'creepy'. Either way, I liked the song (& voice), it's sort of combination of stylish & cheery. Thank you, Paul, keep sharing more stuff.

Short notice: the cat you see to the left is the best. Not counting your indoor cat who might have habit sitting at your left side when you post at SmileySmile.
