Hold On Dear Brother is a lovely song - far better than Blondie and Ricky's other CATP song. Very surprised to see it go first. I was expecting Make It Good (which I adore but which a lot of people don't seem to get) or He Come Down.
Anyway, my vote goes to He Come Down.

I like it in the same way that I like some of the half-finished songs on Bambu (like "Are You Real" and "I Love You"); what's there is good, but it doesn't feel complete. The way it is on Carl and the Passions: So Tough it almost feels like a sneak preview of "Cuddle Up." |
