This would be a difficult call if it were a version of Surf's Up with Brian on the lead the whole way through, but Carl's lead vocal always struck me as a little indifferent. Thus, I choose:
Til I Die. One of the best Beach Boys songs ever. Nothing on this album even comes close.

Surf's Up is a superior song, but I really don't want the same song to win 2 different rounds.
And much as I love the Carl songs off this album, it's just not as good as 'Til I Die.
