Many of his songs were written with Mike's voice in mind, but Mike declined, wanting to share the spotlight. Rumor has it that John Lennon wrote "Imagine" with Mike's voice in mind. Songs Dennis is confirmed to have written for Mike to sing: WIBTNLA, Forever, River Song. Shame he never became a true songwriter for himself.
