Big thanks to Fall Breaks for putting together a viable list of songs to vote from. I will quote his disclaimer text:

Quote
All songs legally released. Rounds not strictly defined by eras, since I wanted about an album’s length of songs in every round. May or may not work. No guarantee that I haven’t forgot to include some obscure track. You could argue that especially the 1969-1971 “suffers” from having too many strong tracks where only one can win, but then again, only one Pet Sounds track made it to the finals as well. Version specifications have to be made for some tracks, e.g. Can’t Wait Too Long and It’s A Beautiful Day).

So... without further ado....

As usual, VOTE FOR YOUR LEAST FAVORITE SONG!!!

I will tally votes on January 24

Graduation Day
Ruby Baby
Three Blind Mice
Trombone Dixie
The Little Girl I Once Knew
With A Little Help From My Friends
The Letter
You’re Welcome
Old Man River (Twofer version)
Walk On By
Mona Kana
We’re Together Again
Their Hearts Were Full Of Spring (1967)
A Time To Live In Dreams
Can’t Wait Too Long
Sail Plane Song

My least fave.... Ruby Baby.

Rarities is a official release.
You should know because The Letter comes from the same album

I was just saying you should know because both The Letter and With A Little Help From My Friends are only available on the official compilation called "Rarities", and you added The Letter and not With A Little Help From My Friends

I understand what you were saying. I didn't come up with the list. If you had read the first post you would have known that. So, NO, I didn't know it was on the same Rarities album as The Letter.

So I assume you're going to add it now?

I don't know. I am reconsidering The Letter. It appears to be a live recording and I kind of wanted these Survivors to focus on studio recordings.

"The Letter" is available on MiC. It's the "Lei'd in Hawaii" rehearsal version, which I'm pretty sure is the same as or is largely similar to the one on Rarities.

It's a studio recording. Probably. It's not a live recording, at least. Either way, no offense meant, but this is kind of a weird approach (excluding songs for the sake of having enough songs for an album, etc).

Okay. It's added. Thanks for the feedback folks. This is a potentially hairy area we are diving into.

There's the Lei'd in Hawaii rehearsal version, a version recorded live in the studio at Wally Heider Studios on 11th September 1967, and one session during the making of the Wild Honey album on 25th October 1967.

The Rarities version is most likely the Wally Heider version, which is live in the studio. So it's up to Pixletwin to choose to get rid of it or not.
