Gonna assume that means "Brian Wilson and the Beach Boys"…

Publisher is Rowman & Littlefield.

Anyone have any info? Anyone here the author? Thanks in advance?

Maybe it means Brian has a new amplifier to make the Beach Boys sound better if they join the club

No, hopefully it's a cookbook, and Brian's section will be all cake and steak and a quick tutorial on the various usages of Reddi-Whip.

If you go out to Rowman & Littlefield's home page, you can find a long & extensive list of music books they have coming out. Most of them are educational or technical titles,  like A Dictionary for the Modern Trumpet Player and Looking and Listening: Conversations Between Modern Art and Music. (I know those are titles I'm excited to read!) All of them are due out later this year, with one exception -- Experiencing the Beatles: A Listener's Companion, by Edward Green, listed as being published in September 2015. My bet is the Amazon UK listing is for a Beach Boys volume along those lines.

Yeah, funny dumb thing is that if you create a webpage in html and forget to put an "&" in front of "AMP" (ie "&AMP"), it comes out as AMP instead of &
