Probably because it's short and because some might view it as more of a finale for the album than a song in its own right. I don't expect "Whistle In" or "Mama Says" to last very long when Smiley Smile and Wild Honey come up to a vote. |

Once again I vote for And Your Dream Comes True….ya know the quality of the albums is going up now when more and more people have to repeat votes through multiple rounds like this. People have more established opinions of their favorites for these later albums and there is more room for debating the merits of particular songs
