Never heard it before, and it fits suspiciously neatly.

Doesn't even sound like voices - could be Kazoo or processed guitar with harmonizing effects.

i'm listening on a work computer in a noisy room, but it sounded to me like Brian's voice, from the Breakaway vocals.

BW's falsetto - extracted from "Our Prayer" with rearranged melody. the original sample is just one long held out note.
Al's "Bom Bom"'s - from H&V pt 2 with notes rearranged
Carl's "Child, The Child" - extracted from "Child Is Father Of The Man"
Harmonies - from "Can't Wait Too Long" a capalla version with notes rearranged
This clip has some of the harmonies from later in the song isolated:

I loved what you did with that mix thank you very much.
How long did it take you to mix everything up? and are you satisfied with the song?

Thanks, glad you dig it.
That one took me a few intense 3-hour sessions of plotting and editing. It was a really fun creative project, and there were a lot of spur of the moment ideas. So even though it took a little while, I got so lost in it that it didn't seem to take long at all. And yeah, I'm pretty satisfied with it. Which is rare for me, as a creator. I'd say this is one of the very few songs from the SMILE AD project that I wouldn't tamper with if I was to make another volume.

Audaciously brilliant, seltaeb!! One of the great things about the way the Smile story has evolved is that people now have even more latitude to DIY it, both in and out of the context of "what would it have sounded like." The emphasis seems to have shifted from speculating about the track order to doing creative, "out of the box" stuff that is in the spirit of what BW might have done at some point while he was lost in the labyrinth of his own making. More, please!!

Downloaded the SMiLE AD 4.0 mix this morning - gotta be the best Surf's Up mix I've ever heard! Also loved 'Do You Like Worms' and your mix of H&V. Great work!

God must’ve smiled the day Brian Wilson was born!
"ragegasm" - /rāj • ga-zəm/ : a logical mental response produced when your favorite band becomes remotely associated with the bro-country genre.
Ever want to hear some Beach Boys songs mashed up together like The Beatles' 'LOVE' album? Check out my mix!

BW's falsetto - extracted from "Our Prayer" with rearranged melody. the original sample is just one long held out note.
So not an original element at all but a construct of the compiler decades after the event. That would explain why it fit so well (which immediately started alarm bells ringing for me: much too convenient). It works well. Thanks.

Yes, but as noted, it's something that was possible (albeit unlikely) to have been done at the time of creation if BW had somehow managed to wander off into that direction. That's what the modular approach allows--enough interchangeability to produce virtually infinite variety (complete and utter chaos...)
