Frank Zappa's "Bobby Brown Goes Down" and "Flakes" are up there on my list.

I'd have tp say the entire novelty cd from the Tales From the Rhino set is the funniest disc I've encountered. For a single tune-Paralyzed by the Legendary Stardust Cowboy.

An old 80's song called "f*** You" from the movie soundtrack of
"Mondo New York".I don't remember who the band was that played it.Only that the lead singer was a bald "Queen" in leather. The song is Funny as hell though!!
And Spike Jones' "Chinese Mule Train" from the 1940's.Hilarious song.

I know I´m soo late to it, but I just watched that "Chronicles Of Narnia"-rap for the first time, and I´m lying on the floor right now, laughing my head off. GENUIS!!! One of the funniest things I´ve heard in recent months or years!

"2, no 6, no 12 BACKER DOZENS!!!"
"Google Map is the best! TRUE!! DOUPLE TRUE!!!"
"We got it so fast it was scary!!!"

Grin Grin Grin How could I even live without that video?  Grin Grin Grin

Chronic . . .what? . . .cles of Narnia.

What the f*** is THAT?!  There's no reason it should be funny...but it's hilarious - AND compelling.  I have to keep watching it!

Doesn't need to be a blatant comedy song, although it can be. Otherwise it can just be something you find funny for whatever reason.
Okay, if you say so, then I'll bring in "Little Floater": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5N4N2cX9ZZk&feature=kp

Despite what you think the song's about, it expresses love towards a car. It has lines like "Zoom. Zoom. Zoom", "I'm in love with an automobile & I know it's in love with me", "I'll take you registrate you / You know I'll never trade you" etc. Terry Adams=one sheer genius. (That said, I like LF for the melody, as well as cool bassline, drumming & beautiful middle 8, rather).

"Mule Skinner Blues" by The Fendermen cracks me up every time. Not sure why, actually:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j3-mh3vXDA0

A complete genre that does it for me is where the singer him/herself (or someone else on the record) laughs involuntarily. Examples:

"Baby Let's Play House"----Elvis
The afore-mentioned "115th Dream"
"Sittiin' In The Balcony"----Eddie Cochran
"Wild West End"----Dire Straits
"Big Yellow Taxi"----Joni Mitchell
"Weekend Girl"----The S.O.S. Band
"Tower Bridge"----Spike Milligan
"5000"----Nelly

Ace cackler Louie the Turkey is in a field of one. Frank Zappa used to bring Louie on stage to chat with the audience. He'd start cackling at them and of course they'd laugh back; he'd keep it up until folks were crying with laughter. He's here (briefly) at 2:50 and 3:47:

I love that song. It was a Top 10 (5?) hit in 1960. The only instruments on the track are two Fender guitars. Check out this 2008 video with the same two guys performing the song. It's classic!
