So I finally got around to joining after lurking around for a while.

I easily remember "I Get Around" as my favorite song on the radio when I was around five years old and we hung around the pool on hot
summer days around Garland Tx.

Although it took me around another 45 years to really appreciate what the BB have accomplished musically I'd like to thank the posters around here for being instrumental in getting me to come around to this realization.

Well, we moved around a lot but I'll claim Texas for a few years of my childhood.

Actually, by 1966 we were living in California -- San Fernando just over the Hollywood hills from
