off the top of my head:

10cc - s/t
They Might Be Giants - s/t
Weezer - s/t (Blue)
Velvet Underground & Nico
XTC - White Music

Negative junk:

I really love the following bands and what they would go onto do but the debut LPs of The Beach Boys and Sparks leave me pretty cold. :/ With U2's "Boy" I tend to go back and forth between "Hey, this is alright!" and "Hey, this is boring." I feel kind of bad because there's all sorts of fans who insist on "Boy"/"October" being some of their strongest material and while both albums have various tracks that I do enjoy count me as one of those who consider "War" to be U2's first 'actually enjoyable overall' album.

In addition to a number already mentioned:

"Blue Oyster Cult"
"Marquee Moon" Television
"The Who Sing My Generation"

All LPs that sprung fully formed and realized and rank with their best (if not their best)..
