Beach Boys Britain Registration

Is it still possible to register at Beach Boys Britain?  When I click on the Register link I get a "Registration not allowed" message.  I was hoping to ask Billy Hinsche if there are any copies of his Mixed Messages CD available.  I saw a copy on ebay and it was listed at $300.  I would like to get a copy, but can't afford that kind of price.

Same for me. Could be why the Brit site seems to be going out of business!

Val from the site sometimes drops by here and may take note, as does AGD who could pass on the problem.

Why would anyone want to register there, just to ask Billy a question? 
Seems it woiuld be easier to go to his website( where you'll find he no longer has any copies available) but you can see everything else he's offering and contact him thru the site:  http://www.billyhinsche.com/index.html
