This album rules. That is all.

12. Carl's Big Chance - I just can't wait to get to those Pet Sounds, and Smile instrumentals.
11. Do You Remember - Really love the Gee part. That's about the only thing.
10. Drive-In- Ugh.
9. Our Favorite Recording Sessions - Amusing.
8. Girls on the Beach - Pretty song. Sounds too close to Surfer Girl though.
7. Don't Back Down - I really love all the songs from this point forward.
6. Little Honda - Really catchy tune! Love that chorus!
5. Wendy - I can't believe this song didn't go higher on the charts.
4. Hushabye - What beautiful singing.
3. All Summer Long - Beautiful Beach Boys sound!
2. We'll Run Away - What a gem! Beautiful lyrics. I LOVE that organ.
1. I Get Around - On a completely new level of awesome. So much cool stuff going on in the track.

The best summer album ever recorded period. Our Favorite aside I love everything on here. Such a huge step forward. Had they stopped here they still would have been a favorite band. That they got even better is a bonus.

4 We'll Run Away (a overlooked gem.)
5 Wendy
6 Don't Back Down
7 All Summer Long
8 Carl's Big Chance

1 Little Honda - GO!
2 Hushabye - I've always loved the harmonies and Brian's vocal
3 All Summer Long - Great production, vocals, hook, etc.
4 I Get Around - #1 for a reason, love the claps too
5 Wendy
6 Drive-In - Good job from Mike.  Tapping into teen Americana without cars or surfboards.  "Atta boy, Mike.  Atta boy."
7 Don't Back Down - A nice late model surf tune
8 Do You Remember - Cool tribute tho a little too short
9 We'll Run Away
10 Carl's Big Chance - Filler but not awful
11 Girls on the Beach - Cliche
12 Our Favorite Recording Sessions - Beyond filler

5. Hushabye
6. Girls on the Beach
7. Wendy
8. Do You Remember
9. Drive In

I love this album.  9 of the 12 tracks I listen to regularly.  Do You Remember is fair.  Carl's Big Chance is total filler and Our Favorite is interesting once or twice, but it's not really a track.  I was happy to hear Drive-In (as hokey as it is) done on Brian's last tour.  I never would have though I'd hear that live!

No ranking for the first 9:
I Get Around
Girls on the Beach
Don't Back Down
All Summer Long
Wendy
Little Honda
Drive In
Hushabye
We'll Run Away
10. Do You Remember
11. Carl's Big Chance
12. Our Favorite Recording Sessions

Digging out the LP cover once again for the tracks, it seems to run as follows...

1) I Get Around - the utmost classic song - the one that more people know than any other, and the first BB song I slaughtered!
2) Hushabye - Stunning
3) Wendy - Strangely dark
4) Drive-In - cheesy lyrics, but I love the stop!
5) We'll Run Away - better than I'm So Young
6) Little Honda
7) All Summer Long
Cool Don't Back Down
9) Do You Remember?
10) Our favourite Recording Sessions
11) Carl's big Chance
12) Girls On the Beach - sounds too much Like Surfer Girl - and I hate surfer girl  Tongue

My personal favorite of all Beach Boys albums. It is the definition of what was great about the Beach Boys when they were still a teen-trend. It touches upon an early nod to nostalgia, and is an emphatic predictor that masterful progression was coming. They were never more comfortable in their collective skin than they are on this LP.

I Get Around - Space age car punk, with jazz harmonies and touches of Spector. Incredible and so progressive for its time.
Hushabye - who cares if its a cover, it is absolute perfection and only the Beach Boys could be this good vocally.
All Summer Long - Happy, nostalgic, but moving forward.
Little Honda - Another proto-punk garage rocker, but more stripped down and simple than IGA.
Girls On The Beach - I can't buy this meme that its too similar to Surfer Girl, as similar as a Vespa is to a Ducati. The key changes, complex arrangement, Dennis on the middle bit, incredible vocal stacks...way, way beyond Surfer Girl.
We'll Run Away - Gorgeous and so, so underrated.
Wendy - A teen classic
Don't Back Down - Sounded so great on the 50th tour.
Carl's Big Chance - Nice jam, good to drive to.
Drive In - Hilarious, and radical for its time.
Do You Remember - humdiddywada

I'm really torn on what is the best track on this album, but beyond the filler track and a couple others, this is a solid piece of work and a great close to their early years with rich harmonies and an exciting production.

I love this album, it's one of the ones that really got me into the Beach Boys. The use of ASL at the end of American Graffiti is a very haunting moment in what is one of my favorite movies. This album is great.

This album is so great I don't even care to rank the tracks. I mostly just wanted to post my agreement, because I am so thankful to hear somebody say this. Look, if somebody doesn't like "Girls on the Beach," they don't like it. Fair enough. Although it ranks with any other of BW's most sophisticated compositions. My gripe is that it's observably not similar to "Surfer Girl." The only two similarities are the rhythm of the melody in the first 8 bars of the verse, and the time signature. It shows a crass lack of appreciation for BW's growth as a songwriter to pass this off as a "Surfer Girl" rewrite.
