Hey Guys, finally grabbed a 3DS XL, great console so far!

Quick question, I have severe paranoia, and I'm scared it may scratch (I have screen protectors applied, i'm talking about the outside)

From experience, would you recommend I get some type of outer protection, or should it be okay?

I most likely WON'T drop it, but I don't know about scratches.... really frightened! haha

It's worth the extra investment.

By the way...the Wii U looks like it will be a total bust.

Yeah, that case should be fine.

I'm not going to be an early adopter of the Wii U...I'm gonna wait it out for at least a year and see what comes up for it. The Wii left me sorely disappointed since...well...I'm not the "kiddie gaming" type. Short of the Mario, Zelda, and Metroid games as well as Wii Sports and Sin and Punishment...there just isn't much to recommend beyond maybe Manhunt 2. I was very disappointed with the console overall, especially after the GameCube was able to get some pretty good third-party and more "mature" games.

Now, if the Wii U gets an Eternal Darkness sequel...I'm all over that sh*t. Pikmin 3 has me curious, since I loved the first two.

I think an HD Zelda and new 3D Mario would be amazing.

And Pikimin was my childhood, my cousin and I beat both of them back in the ol' 04 haha

Can't wait, honestly haha SM3DL has me excited for a new mario!

I can never get enough Mario. I still pull out the old games every so often. It's like I never forgot how to play them! Those, and old school Zelda and the original Contra.

I just had a look at the confirmed launch titles for the Wii U. Color me surprised...I didn't know Nintendo went THIS far out for third-party games. Considering that there will be no new console to compete, I think Nintendo might have a smash on their hands. Hopefully the hardcores will go for it.
