Sounds suspiciously like "Let My Love Open The Door"...  Smiley

I suppose it sounds a little like a few songs... But Don't Worry Baby sounds lik Be My Baby and TWGMTR sounds like that cowboy song...

Just relistened to the songs, I suppose the first line of the chorus sounds a bit like one line, the verse is completly different and the bridge, intro and fade are completly different as well.
I see how you could hear a connection, but "supspiciously" is kinda over doing it...

The instrumental parts sound like "Donna the Prima Donna" by Dion.

Great! The mix is pretty good - maybe a little dry, but nice seperation.

The song sounds more original (to me) as a finished thing here - I like the harmonies a lot. Nice doo woppy progression going on in the beginning. Evolves into a more 80s groove by the end. The lyrics from the "backing track" mix are really put into context with the additional lyrics in the verse etc. Nice job.

The mix is very modern IMO, it may be my addiction to TWGMTR right now Razz

And oh nice good to know! I figured it'd be that way! It strangely changes "eras" really, begins with a 60's styled verse, 70's chorus, 80's bridge, and 90's ending solo.

EDIT: OMG the harmonies and production are TOTALLY BB '88 STYLED!!! I KNEW I RECOGNIZED THEM!

The song is basically about forgetting about Love, because it's way to commercial nowadays, and you sometimes don't find that person thats perfect for you.

"Don't expect to find her, 'till you're high above"

Hey guys, I know this sounds silly, but my dad and I had random conversation today while listening to this song about where the future lies with this stuff... If I decided that it could be my future...

I know it sounds stupid at my age, but does anyone think I should talk to some kind of label? And if so, which one and why?
