Not that I've ever seen and I worked in a retail pharmacy for about four years so I've seen all the crap!
That's right though-- we have Cadbury here but it's all produced by Hershey. They license the name. Same with Kit kat, Hershey makes those in this country.

Yeah, i got a good laugh out of it. I've seen it in the stores as a greeting card, and got it from a friend in an email this morning and thought this was just the place to share it.
