Well, there is this.

There is video of them singing "Sail On Sailor" in the Endless Harmony doc, makes me wonder how much more footage exists from that gig.

There is quite a bit. i guess it doesn't circulate much. For example, there was a TV commercial (shot by Ed Roach) for the '73 Concert album that ran in various markets around the U.S. That commercial is ALL Holland era footage, showing the group performing on stage. I remember seeing it on TV back in '73. There's also quite a bit of silent footage of the '72/'73 BB's. And then there's these...

Great that they lugged their instruments up to that rooftop; been nice if they had plugged them in, tho.

Possibly, maybe someone can shed some light as to where they came from - it's certainly from the same source as the 2nd You Need A Mess Of Help... clip above, both having been filmed in Brighton (U.K.) on a very windy day, Mess... filmed on top of Brighton Pavilion, and Water... filmed on Brighton Pier.

I, I love the colorful clothes she wears, and she's already working on my brain. I only looked in her eyes, but I picked up something I just can't explain. I, I bet I know what she’s like, and I can feel how right she’d be for me. It’s weird how she comes in so strong, and I wonder what she’s picking up from me. I hope it’s good, good, good, good vibrations, yeah!!

If it is then it is about a year late. Bruce left the band after the Spring 1972 US tour, while Surf's Up was released the previous year. So Tough was released by the time this DGNTW video was made.

Huh i didn't know that, i was just assuming by watching the video, since it's obviously playback and that there's no audience around

Cool thing is, I got to see one of those Spring 72 shows, in Philadelphia. I saw a rare configuration of the band with 7 Beach Boys on stage.

Slightly off-topic but also on-topic, I found this documentary about "Holland" from 2008, it is not in English (at least the narrated bits are not) but there is some nice interview footage with Blondie and Jack Rieley. Definitely worth checking out.

I love these videos and have had them on my harddrive for quite a while but I think things like them are the main reason people think Blondie played bass with the boys. Outside of these clips he's almost always shown on guitar. And while I suspect that Ed Carter plays guitar for some songs on In Concert (such as "Help Me Rhonda"), the Preiss book refers to the albums basslines as being played by "Ed Carter and Carl". People take those videos as proof of Blondie's role in the band but does anyone think Bruce played bass (on any songs, in the studio or on stage) during the period he was shown doing so in the videos for "Kokomo", "Problem Child", etc?
To clarify, I'm not say that Blondie never played bass during his tenure with the group, just that he was no more "the bass player" for the band then Carl or Alan was at that time.

Here are the three takes of "You need a mess of help" (which would make a great concert addition imo). From "The ol' grey whistle test".

I haven't seen Endless Harmony in awhile so I don't remember the Sail on Sailor performance, but the rest of the videos posted in this thread are more Carl and the Passions era. Nothing that sounds like the '73 concert album. the audio in that Help Me Rhonda video was offensive.
