One similarity these last two songs have, that I dislike, is that Peter Framptom style voice-box instrument....it adds NOTHING to either song, and sounds out of place. 

I really wish I could like Strange World, but it sounds like a song I'd hear on a 80's/90's sitcom during a flashback scene (Growing Pains, Full House, Boy Meets World, etc).
