I definitely didn't hate these.  I'm not a big fan of the originals and I only listed to jive ans stayin.  I liked the first voice in stayin alive more than the second, and I didn't get into the end where it became psychedelic (for lack of a better way to say it),  it I actually like it more than the original otherwise, especially the chorus.
