I was reading the Wikipedia page about Wind Chimes and apparently there is a version of the song in existence with Brian on lead, instead of Carl. I only own the two disc version of The Smile Sessions so I am unsure of whether or not this alternative version is on the deluxe edition. Wind Chimes is definitely my favorite Smile song so I want to hear as many versions of it as possible. :D

I believe all the SMiLE versions have Brian on lead.

That'd be Mr.Carl Wilson.

Also, shocked Wikipedia hasn't deleted the page for "Wind Chimes" when someone when an a Beach Boys song article deleting rampage some time last year.

Also, not aware of any version of "Wind Chimes" with Brian singing except the 2004 version. Great vocal on that one, by the way.

Edit: And the Smiley Smile version! Derp.

Easy to confuse Brian and Carl vocals during that period. They really sounded very very similar in those days. What a change for Carl only a couple of albums later on Wild Honey!

Wow, I had no idea. Thought all along that was Brian. Mea culpa.
