Barnyard has certainly come a long way since first appearing on vinyl boots in the '80s - from a low-quality, barely listenable instrumental to last year's amazing restored-vocal TSS mix.  And thanks to the fanmixers' superior vocal extractions, it's even better still!  What I've tried to do here is make a 60's-era WIDE stereo mix using the best-sounding sources available.  I've re-EQ'd the lead vocals to sound more natural and added some reverb for warmth.  I've also included all the usual bits (OMP, YAMS, etc) to create the complete link between DYLW and Cabinessence.  Hope you enjoy it!

Notes:
Sourced from TSS (Box), Smile Millennium Edition, Unsurpassed Masters 16 and 17
Vocal extractions and horn from SMiLE AD Fanmixers Toolkit
 Contains less than 1% BWPS
Includes the opening to Cabinessence to show how I intend to link the two tracks to close out my "Side One" mix.

Slightly improved VER 2 (for obsessives only):

Nice clean sound to all of it. That transition to Cabinessence sounds very nice too. Good job, I'd say.

Sorry, but I couldn't leave well enough alone.  Improved some of the edits and fades (for obsessives only):

Sounds great! All flows together really nicely. Although...

"Contains less than 1% BWPS"

What did you use from it? I didn't notice anything at all.

I think Version 2 is MUCH improved over version one (especially the transition from your BWPS to 67 material). WELL DONE!
