But it's entertaining, if nothing else.

Someone asked me where the footage is from.

Every year there is a huge Halloween block party in Waikiki.
It's well worth the experience if you happen to be there.
All the action happens on Kalakaua Blvd in Waikiki. Costume or not,
just go out, walk and enjoy the fun.  It's a trip.
