An excellent observation. I am seriously still a bit disconnected from watching that video...

Seriously, WHO still references the "magnets" thing?  That album came out, what, three years ago??

I think if you were in a room full of people and ICP came up, there's a higher chance of that being mentioned than not.

This was in my sig late last year. I love it more than I can even begin to describe. Still blows my mind that Violent J is actually a Beach Boys fan, and a Beach Boys fan enough to know something that's somewhat obscure like "Barnyard".

Ages ago, I think in like 1999, I was sent a recording of him giving a serious attempt at singing "Elderly Woman Behind The Counter In A Small Town" by Pearl Jam (he's apparently a huge fan of theirs - another surprise), including him yelling at his dog because it was interrupted him a couple times. One of the funnier things I've ever heard (or so I remember it as being funny, anyway), sad that I haven't heard it since.

And come on - the magnet thing is still amusing imo. Also, what stack-o-crack said.

Wait, that was the actual guy from ICP?  Huh Huh I thought that video was supposed to be a joke...someone doing a Violent J impression.

Yeah, that was real.  Their (VERY) short lived radio show The Juggalo Show was full of fun little tidbits like this.

I honestly tell everyone to read Violent J's autobio, "Behind The Paint," even if they have no appreciation for ICP whatsoever.  (I'm a moderate fan - I'd never classify myself as a Juggalo or anything, because frankly, they disturb me.)  Not only is it an absolutely eye-opening look at how shady and worthless the music industry can be to new artists, Joe just seems like a genuinely nice guy, and not the "dumb, uneducated mentally handicapped person" that people make him out to be.  (The portions of the book written by Shaggy, on the other hand...... I can't really defend Shaggy's intelligence here.)

Was this ever officially released? Or is it a bootleg? I can't see Brian or Melinda giving permission for this.
