What do you eat for breakfast?

Since i've started feeling light headed throughout the day i've decided I must wake up earliar to eat. My food of choice will be Oatmeal for the next forever mornings I experience. For years i've survived well without the first meal of the day commonly known as breakfast, but now as an old man I need my source of energy before I struggle in the day.

How about you fine fellows?
