Pre-ordered.  Great price and I live in Canada so cheap shipping.  Nice cover!  Good luck with the book, I'm looking forward to checking it out.

Yesterday, after sending a complaint (actually more of a rant) to amazon.ca they sent me an email saying they were shipping a new one immediately AND that they were refunding my money! Free Smile boxset, score!
