Been mucking about on a piano last couple of days, and figured it out. Although I'm not sure whether it's right...

Verse

F#m7/C# - E/F#

Columnated....

C#m/A - /F# - E/B - B -C#/B

Canvas The Town...

F#/C# - G#/Eb - C#/F

Brother John (Although he doesn't play that part on the demo, the '66 version transposed is...)

C# - F#/Eb - F#m/E - C#/F

Dovenested Towers

Ebm7/F# - C#/G#

Eb/C - G#/Bb - Bb - Eb

The dim last toasting

....G#/Bb - G#m/Bb (Not sure about this one, but there's that sort of shift there) - Fdim/D - Eb

Surf's Up, mmmm...

Ebm7/F# - C#/G#
(Keychange up to the regular key!)
Fm7/G# - Eb/Bb

And then as in the usual key, right?

All roads lead to Kokomo. Exhaustive research in time travel has conclusively proven that there is no alternate universe WITHOUT Kokomo. It would've happened regardless.
What is this "life" thing you speak of ?

Sure about G#m/B on the 'The glass was raised...' bit? That's really bothering me.
