Bb.....................................F7...............................Bb
I know so many people who think they can do it alone
Bb.....................................F7...............................Bb
They isolate their heads and stay in their saftey zones

Db.............................Ab7
Now what can you tell them
Db......................Ab7...............Gm.....Fm.....Eb
And what can you say that won't make them defensive

Bb/F...................Gm
I know there's an answer
Bb/F..................Gm.................Cm7.....F7
I know now but I have to find it by myself

Bb.............................................
They come on like they're peaceful

F7..........................Bb......
But inside they're so uptight
Bb..................................
They trip through their day
F7.........................................Bb..
And waste all their thoughts at night

Db...................Ab7
Now how can I come on
Db.......................Ab7.............Gm...Fm.........Eb
And tell them the way that they live could be better

Bb/F...................Gm
I know there's an answer
Bb/F..................Gm.................Cm7.....F7
I know now but I have to find it by myself

Fm7...Ebm7...Dm7...Dbm7...Cm7 (Flute solo thing) (The coolest peice in any rock song ever)

Bb.............F7...........Bb...........F7............Ab...........Eb............Ab...........Eb (Banjo solo)

Db...................Ab7
Now how can I come on
Db.......................Ab7.............Gm...Fm.........Eb
And tell them the way that they live could be better

Bb/F...................Gm
I know there's an answer
Bb/F..................Gm.................Cm7.....F7
I know now but I have to find it by myself

Deh dubey doo way doo
                       Fm7...Ebm7...Dm7...Dbm7...Cm7

Bb.....................................F7...............................Bb

Bb.....................................F7...............................Bb

This song is the perfect fusion of that incredible Beatle feel felt through Rubber Soul, and the incredibly cool Bacharach-like chord changes of the bridges. Why the Beach Boys never played this live amazes me. You could strip it down to an acoustic guitar and it would sound fantastic.

Did it ever occur to you, Cable, how wise and bountiful God was to put breasts on a woman? Just the right number in just the right place. Did you ever notice that, Cable?
