Happy birthday!  Years ago, I incurred a scolding from you on the old cabinessence board and thought to myself, "Oh yeah?  Well who's this guy anyway?" 

I didn't take me long to know: An incredibly knowledgeable man (possibly with no outside life), that has earned my respect at least a thousand times over!  Your posts (and website) are a true wealth of information and your sense of humor is perfect for the brutal waters of the internet.  (It was probably there, intact when you scolded me but I was too dumb to see it.  Since then, I've always tried to keep my mouth shut unless I actually (am sure I) know what I'm talking about.

May your day be filled with cheer and your life be filled with years!

Where Andrew lives the locals endearingly call him Syd - since he rarely leaves his house, only venturing to the store for the paper and groceries.
