Last night I had the pleasure of seeing David Marks perform in Atlanta.  Backed by the Summertime Blues band, Marks proceeded to play a bunch of surf/blues numbers which included songs from his solo albums, some Beach Boys tracks, and even a few tracks from Dennis Wilson's album, Pacific Ocean Blue.  I had a good time and was quite impressed with the band.  They all played really well.  Marks himself is no slouch when it comes to the guitar.  Got to meet and chat with both Marks and his wife Carrie.  Shot some video of the evening and will post it here soon.

And there was no mention of Pete Best during the course of the night.   angel

Would you have enjoyed it more if they had?

"Pacific Ocean Blues" and "You & I".  "Forever" was also performed.

There should also be a "Happy Birthday" (to David) in that setlist, towards the end...
