Angry

I ordered 3 records (from one seller) on gemm.com. I just got the package in today, and 2 of the 3 are spot on. Smiley Smile and Sunflower (original pressings), but the third record is where they screwed up. It was suppose to be Carl & The Passions with Pet Sounds but instead they sent me...get ready: Donnie Warwick - Anthology Vol 2.

seriously, how the f*** can you screw that one up?

Back when I was a bigger idiot than I am now, I ordered a Nirvana concert VHS from some shady website. It never came and it turns out that the show was never even taped.

You'd like what she sings anyway if you like the inspirations to Pet Sounds.

Soz.

Give it a listen though. You have to like Bacharach if you like Pet Sounds.

I won some Car 54 Where are You? dvds on ebay and the guy is a lowlife thief. I'm going to turn him in for mail fraud, internet fraud, and sexual harrassment. I'm not taking this lying down. He' s going to jail. I'll fly down to Alabama and kick his Hillbilly ass.

Nothing fancy. I sent a check. He cashed it. I waited. Nothing came. I emailed him. Said item should be here in week. Week later I email again. Says "If not there by Monday let me know". Monday came and went. Nothing. Now he won't reply and eBay has banned him as a seller but for whatever reason they refuse to give me his phone number (probably bogus). The address he gave me is an office building, it seems. I am going to call his local police department. Am I going to far for $40? I don't think so. No one makes an ass out of me. I'm filling out the mail fraud forms and I'm waiting on a copy of the check from the bank.

MARK IT ZERO!

Anything else I should be doing to get the money back? Any advice? Am I in danger, since the DVDs I was buying were bootlegs?

Sounds like a scam artist trading on the fact that what you were buying is 'illegal' anyway.

Yeah, but the auction didn't mention they were illegitimate. I am just an innocent shopper.  Smiley

He had some feedback previously, and had gotten all positive remarks.

They always have perfect feedback until the deal with me, then they turn tail and run off with my money. Always in February too. Same thing happened last year, although that was only $13. I called that Canadian SOB and told him dad that he owed me money. He was just some college student trying to pull a fast one. Never got the $13, though, so I guess he beat me.

Not this time. I'll drive down there and burn his house down and smash his windshield and toilet paper his trees and leave the toilet seat up and throw garbage in his yard and take pictures of his wife coming and going from the mall and write Helter Skelter on the walls in blood and....and...aww, hell, I'm not going to do anything. I'll report him for mail fraud, that's about all I can do.

Fucking dipshit with a nine toed woman.

Paypal?

HA!

Those jerks don't protect you at all. They let people pick your pocket and then do nothing about it. Some guy vanished off the face of the Earth with my money last year, and they simply said there was nothing they could do.

Paypal is a piece of sh*t. Believe me.
