Good day.

I know this exists, an instrumental version of The Little Girl I Once Knew. I think it was booted on Prokopy's Pet Sounds Sessions.
Does anyone know where to find this? Would love to hear it!

PS. You don't have to Post in My thread.

ie: Does the boot version sound just like the Unsurpassed Masters takes? Or is it a properly mixed instrumental?

I had no idea there were takes included on SOT 11! I only checked on SOT vol. 7, 8 & 9.
Thank you very much. There's gotta be a good take on that one.

Sadly, one track of the original 3-track instrumental session tape was mostly taped over, so no proper mix is possible.  I think the final take is only about half taped over, so you could do a mix of the end, but otherwise, you're missing most of the core instrumentation, since the complete tracks are split between the horns and the organ/vibes.

Is it possible to edit the first part of the near-complete Take 2 with the second half of the final take (after the third track drops back into the mix), to create an approximation of the final track?  Has anyone tried this?

That's because basses were on the track that they taped over!
