Penny's Place, as in California Saga-California? Has to be a ranch or a B&B along the coast. I doubt that it is the Hawaiian place referenced above.

I also found a Penny's Place in Ohio.  Grin But it's probably the name of a place in California. Maybe even a place that doesn't exist anymore.
