I'd seen "Lawrence Of Arabia" recently & it's been dullfest start to finish. Ditto the score. Yawn.

Boy dislikes girl. The girl dislikes that boy. People dislike the boy AND girl. Question - WHO dislikes these people?

There's a stunning analysis of this film across the road--I'll see if I can find it some time and link it.

Here you go, E, courtesy of theSuperMetroid:

Yes, sure I read what tSM said but...it didn't convince even little bit that it's cool film/ music. Smiley

Thanks for forwarding these analyses. Lawrence is one of the most fascinating people of the 20th century . I still read articles debating "what really happened at Deraa?"
In the movie I think it was Bently who asked Sherif Ali "what happened to Lawrence at Deraa?" and he replied something like " he's still a man, humbled. "
His life after going back home is especially fascinating.

as for the movie, I had seen untold numbers of movies starring Peter O'Tools so knew he would be good, but he just blew me away.
As I said, I saw the movie numerous times in the movie theater. One time the scene played where he was racing his motorcycle up a hill in the left lane . a lady in the audience shouted out, "that's why he died - he was in the wrong lane !"  Tongue

Bored by "hot". Zzzzz. Btw, I like saying dislikes than likes. It's easier to write down negative reviews than positive.
