The Smile Sessions – free MP3 download with the box?

Just spent the morning downloading the free MP£ versions of the Dylan mono box and Neil Young's Archives Vol 1 and it raises the obvious question in my head:

Will the luxury 4cd & 4 vinyl SMiLE set come with an MP3 download code also?

That would be a good gesture, especially to those of us who are going to be splashing out on every format going  for the simple reason that we're fans of the music and that's what fans do.

I'm also wondering why they haven't gone down the road of getting the digital versions in a superior audio format to CD? Blu-Ray or DVD-A? SACD anyone?

There's been an agreement made between the companies that the first free downloads in Blu-Ray,DVD-A &  SACD will be reserved for the Smile Sessions set.

But, is the download everything on the box set?

I really hope the download will be available in a lossless format to, be it FLAC or even WAV (which can then be converted to whatever desired format, lossless or not).
