Solves the mystery of the state of his hairline by the late 70's. I also noticed despite chunking up again, Brian still seemed reasonably with it.

I often wonder, even today, how the heck Brian can get through the flight to Austrailia, that can't be easy when you're Brian Wilson!

He did get through the flight to and back from Australia in 1964 just fine-you are thinking of Houston 11 months later. Australia tour was January 1964-Brian toured till Dec 1964 (including a Nov 1964 trip to Europe).
