Seems I recall reading that David had some substance abuse issues when he toured  with Mike et al  during the post Carl years.  Is this still a sore spot with Mike?
Just like the conflict with Al?  I've been a supporter of Mike and his band in recent years.   But I keep getting vibes that he is a control freak when it comes to others.
Even his touring band.

Let me posit something....is Mike resentful  he has been front an centerall these years and others want to come and go for what ever reason and return to  horn in on his glory?   Is his ego so fragile playing second fiddle to the Great Brian Wilson for so long that he will never heal?  Are there issues of sharing salaries?  I guess all of the above.

Well, at least he cares about the qualityof the recent shows as far  I have seen these past few years.    Now, if only we could bring in Al and David, we could have quality and the real deal.   Assuming the boys could act like men.

Thank You, Donald.

Carrie - chime in, please.

Dbags - put a cork in it.

David earned this, people. He's not some schlep in the latest incarnation of the Mike and Bruce
traveling medicine show and ice cream social.

Kids of the 'Boys - nein, danke.
