I posted  in the BB media section, but I'm dying to learn more about this recording:

Does anyone know when this was recorded? Any info on this version of LHRW welcome!!
I have never seen it on any b**ts! What else was recorded - and not released?   Huh

Is this a Wilson/Paley session, a Don Was session, an attempt at a full-band reunion, or something else? What else was going on in 1995?

I'm about 99.9% certain that was a Joe Thomas production, but man that sounds so much better than the Imagination version.

Maybe an extension of the Stars & Stripes sessions?

Maybe a Production-Audition for the role of Brian's solo album producer?

I'd love to hear more. I do like Imagination, and the attempt to move Brian into a more 'adult' sound, although it was ultimately unsuccessful and less than fully satisfying. That 'adult' sound wouldn't come until Gershwin. Shame.

Anyone know anything else about these sessions? AGD? Care to place an email to a source?

I liked this, so much better than the Imagination version. I like most the material on that album, but the production stinks IMHO, I don't know what it is, the sound just seems really muddy to me.
