You'll have to scroll down the page quite a bit to see Brian; I've been catching this out of the corner of my eye whenever I drive down Sunset Blvd., and I was
sure
it was him! Nice to see him honored this way.

whew - Lauren Evan could just have perhaps been a touch more generous with the hair tho' Ed; that's more Christopher Lee's than Brian Wilson's thatch!

I know!
I drove past it at least half-a-dozen times, (ok, I was on the other side of Sunset, so there was some distance), saying to myself, "Is that??? Nah, it can't be!", until finally I pulled over early yesterday morning & grabbed a picture of it myself.
At least this turned out to be him, though. My wife & I happened to be on Sunset the day this installation was going up, and I was
sure
I spotted Frank Zappa, in a much more prominent spot; (right near Book Soup, if you know L.A.) Wasn't until I pulled this site up last night that I found out that one is supposed to be Cheech & Chong!

To sum it up, they blew it, they blew it consistently, they continue to blow it, it is tragic and this pathological problem caused The Beach Boys' greatest music to be so underrated by the general public.

That drawing bears little to no resemblance to Brian Wilson.... I thought it was intended to be someone else entirely until I read the caption.

Actually, it's a drawing of Brian from the future, age 90 or so, after someone's thrown a hot fudge sundae in his face.

That is a horrible depiction of that picture. He looks bald and the man has a full head of hair.
The Al Bundy description is hilarious. How can whomever did that honestly look at the picture above and come up with what was used on the sculpture? They chopped off half his hair length and moved his hairline halfway back.

Jesus, these are horrible. It's not even Brian, Les Paul's one looks like they left him in the oven too long.
In fact, all these are shite. Except, funnily enough, the Katy Perry one. But that's just stripes.

All roads lead to Kokomo. Exhaustive research in time travel has conclusively proven that there is no alternate universe WITHOUT Kokomo. It would've happened regardless.

About half way down are some more shots including Brians signature on the guitar. Maybe he liked it.
