Ronnie Lippin as a producer ?  Don't think so - she died nearly two years ago.

That is who is listed. I can understand because they started talking about this in 06.

Looking at it again, yes, has to be old, 'cause at least one name on there isn't on the Wilson's Xmas card list right now.

In all  seriousness, I would bet that this isn't going to happen.  I'd also be willing to bet that the onetime friend that Andrew is refering to was the one person who spearheaded the project.

My sources told me when Mark Gorden (take a look at his credits..he gets things done http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0330428/) approached BW et al, they were excited and Mark gave over some serious dough. So hopefully it will get made.

If it happens, they should get Angus T. Jones to play teenage Brian.

And he's a great actor, so it could work.

I think a really good movie about Brian IS possible.  It can't look cheap like Summer Dreams and you can't have the Boys and their camps involved like An American Family.  The blessings of the prinicpals isn't neccesary. Or more accurately, asking Mike and/or Melinda for the blessing is a recipe for disaster.

He'd have to slim down a fair amount to play a teenage Brian.

Don't know if he has "serious" acting chops either, although I do love him on Two and a Half Men.

Has Leaf really been kicked out of BW's inner circle?  Shocked
And isn't the kid from Two and a Half Men like, 12?
