'I RAN' - listen to the CIFOTM trumpet line at he start (not repeated)... same as the track (CIFOTM) ,plus  note the key change to the track 'man' after the first few bars that include the trumpet line(once).
My suggestion for a new SMiLE mix is - Child- I Ran - Mama/Mama/- Wonderful.
Thus-   baby cry trumpet   -   grow, walk/run,,fun,toddler   -   mother   -   bumped into,a girl whose loved etc

Anyone good enough with the audio software prepared to try it? (maybe a clip of 'Rock w/ me Henry for good measure!)

I like "Child Is Father Of The Man" followed by "I Ran". It does flow nicely, and I already changed my SMiLE fan mix. police

I'm having a hard time putting "Mama Mama Mama" before "Wonderful" though,  but I'm gonna give it a good listen.

By putting "Child Is Father Of The Man" BEFORE "I Ran" (Song For Children), after the release of BWPS, you know you're committing blasphemy....

Yeah from what I recall the instrumental track was called "Look", and the vocal sessions held in October were titled "I Ran".  This leads me to believe that there was some lyrical work done between the tracking and the vocal sessions, even though nothing of the sort has ever shown up.
