Hi I'm Mike from Woonsocket, Rhode Island and I'm new to this board. I've been a Beach Boys fan all of my life but in 1999 I became a hardcore Brian/BBs fan and basically there hasn't been a day since '99 where I didn't listen to Beach Boys music. My first Beach Boys concert was in 1993 (Carl!!) with opening act America. I saw Mike & Bruce's band in 2000, 2001 and 2003. I saw Brian on his Pet Sounds and SMiLE tour as well as a free concert in Boston one sunny summer day. My 3 favorite albums in the universe are Pet Sounds, Smile and Friends. Also I like Zappa and the Velvet Underground. Syd Barrett and The Ramones too. Phil Spector ain't so bad either. Come to think of so ain't the Beatles whoever they are, right? Hahaha.
