Think "Ding Dang", but with lyrics about having intercourse with a girl, and with an emphasis on said girl's breasts. That's what it is. Really.  Tongue

Right behind you I see the millions; On you I see the glory; From you I get opinions; From you I get the story

Could anyone post the lyrics to "RUTH"?  I really can't figure out much of it...

Thanks in advance!

No. You know exactly why...

Either way, RUTH is great, but I prefer Ding Dang any day.

You probably almost got banned from the site the other day because you're a flaming pile with too much coming out of your mouth and not enough going on in your brain. And using internet lingo like "u" will not score you points either. If you hate the way this board is run, do the right thing and LEAVE US THE HELL ALONE.

But to say this in a language you'd understand -

u prolly almos got banned from da site da udder day becuz u're a flamin pile wit 2 much comin out ur mouf n not enuff goin on in ur brain n usin intarweb lingo like "u" will not score u points either if u h8 da way dis bored is run do da right thing n LEAVE US DA HELL ALONE

kthnxbye.

BTW, Rollin' Up To Heaven RULES.

I'm probably going to get yelled at for this, but here are the words to Rollin' Up To Heaven:

Ally Oop
Woo!
F*ck her!
Big T*Ts!

Dennis also has a line in the song, but I can't make it out.

I think Rollin' Up To Heaven as we know it is a basic track with some backing vocals.....I don't think any of those vocals could count as a lead. For all we know, Brian wrote some real dirty prose for this one.

I've never understood how RUTH could be called an early version of Ding Dang. The two songs don't sound anything like eachother, in my opinion.

The other 'lyric' (I think they made 'em up on the spot) is:

"It was a hard time/Rubbin' in the tub"

Ah, those clean-cut, All-American Beach Boys.  Grin

...And there's also a line that starts at 1:38 and that sounds like "she's worried 'bout (something)"...  Huh

Well it was not within the Beach Boys image. They never released a record with anything stronger then a damn.

I was joking of course but its still such a cool song. Can you imagine if they had released this? If people could make out the lyrics how shocked would they be.

By the way, what is the WORST sorts of things The Beach Boys have released on record. Of course there is Dennis at the end of All I Want To Do, but what other risque things have they released?

Didn't you know? It was released on a 45 limited to five copies in New Caledonia. It fetches $150,000 a copy on eBay, and that's for a merdaty copy. I hear the EX copies go for millions. Smiley

Man I never realised this. I think I will sell my Brian Wilson tickets to put towards aquiring this single. When was it issued? Do you happen to have one Jason, this is the first I've heard of this extremely rare release, kind of reminds me of that Pet Sounds cover with the fake beards drawn on the boys in terms of rareness...
