No intro, just launched straight into. My companion was somewhat perturbed when I started laughing uncontrollably.  Grin

Well, short of a complete performance of Smile, pretty much the last song I expected them to do.  Grin

Sure. Perhaps they performed their Top 10 hit of 1979 to promote the '93 box set, specifically the bonus disc which, IIRC, was only issued in Europe and Australia.

Thinking about possible DVD-releases, was the concert partly used for the It's OK-special filmed completely or just parts of it? Would make a cool one I guess, especially with Dennis still on top, although Carl seemed to slure a bit on GOK.

PRO SHOT BEACH BOYS CONCERTS - LIST

To sum it up, they blew it, they blew it consistently, they continue to blow it, it is tragic and this pathological problem caused The Beach Boys' greatest music to be so underrated by the general public.

Excellent point, and one which hadn't ever occurred to me. Thanks for that catch.
