Well to me he was still in his prime through 73 or so. Musically at least. Most of my favorite songs are 67-73 so I will say since then. My Diane and Still are great. Goin On, Love and  Mercy, (sorry Andrew) City Blues, You've Lost That Loving Feeling. Lot's of good moments.

If you look at great Brian "productions" post 1967, there are certainly few compared with pre 1967/67.  There are more great songs than there are productions that Brian participated fully in.  My picks for great productions AND songs:  Darlin', Friends, Be Here in the Morning, Busy Doin' Nothin, Tiime to Get Alone, This Whole World, Cool Cool Water, Till I Die, Still I Dream of It, It's Over Now, Night was So Young, Had to Phone Ya (particularly the more intricate arrangement on Get the Boot), Sail on Sailor (how much is Brian's production is up to debate, it was started during the Surf's Up time period, doesn't Stephen claim the same tracks he engineered, with alterations/overdubs, were used in the Holland master?  probably mostly Carl production), Love and Mercy, Meet Me in My Dreams, Rio Grande, Soul Searchin'.

Did you hear Brian's version of "On broadway" ? That one is killer imo. One of his best productions of the late 70s.

Re: Sail on sailor, I believe that was the track were Brian gave instructions to Carl via the phone.
