No idea what that's all about, but yes it's bizarre that it's on the BBs' official channel. I do notice that it's dated 2018 on various streaming services.  Maybe a remix for a movie or TV show featuring a cavalry scene?  It'd be a bizarre-as-hell music choice for a cavalry scene, but it's a bizarre-as-hell remix so who knows...

Interesting mix... I'd say it's a good bet this was created for a film... possibly a Vietnam War-era production... possibly a flashback sequence where a soldier is thinking of his girl while in the middle of a  combat sequence.

Great find! Their most recent post is this ad for Apple TV+ which features the remix: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M1fI8BL7BnE

So mystery solved! A commission for an ad. Still weird Capitol put it out as a single…
