Good for Dano! But, how did he wind up being nominated as Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor for the same role?

Interesting point you make there, Em. Supporting John Cusack, perhaps?! Odd, to say the least.

I should add that Dano also has a key role in an astonishing (and astonishingly beautiful) film called Youth. Has anyone here seen it?

I trust all the Brits here and others able to receive BBC in their respective countries are following the new epic production of War and Peace co-starring Paul Dano as Pierre Bezukhov.

The second episode is tonight at 21.00 GMT...

Watched the first two… really, really enjoyable stuff. Superb cast; Dano is terrific.
