Hello. My name is Dominic, and I've just become a member on this website!
I first started listening to The Beach Boys around 2010-2011, after I had discovered The Beatles. The first album of theirs I had listened to was Pet Sounds, and I was instantaneously hooked - soon, I found myself owning most of their studio output, and loving most of it, too.
I consider The Beach Boys to be one of my absolute favorite bands, and my appreciation for their music has only grown as the years have gone by, and my musical tastes have developed.
I think of myself as "musically omnivorous", in that I usually like any kind of music, regardless of performer, objective quality, or genre (except nu metal - I really can't stand most nu metal, excepting Rage Against the Machine). The same goes for movies, video games, TV shows, and whatnot.
I've actually been a lurker on this forum for a few years, and I'm looking forward to engaging in meaningful discussion with fellow Beach Boys fans.
Thank you for letting me join!

And production aside, I’d so much rather hear a 14 year old David Marks shred some guitar on Chug-a-lug than hear a 51 year old Mike Love sing about bangin some chick in a swimming pool.-rab2591
