I was speaking with somebody who claims to have a Beach Boys guitar pick that has "Justyn Wilson" printed on the reverse side. Does anyone know if Carl ever had any picks like these made up? I'm wondering if this is an authentic pick.

Yes, I have a Justyn Wilson BB pick, given to me by Justyn himself, so it's authentic. He said his dad had picks made for him.

Do you happen to know what year the picks might be from? I would assume mabey it was during the 1980's?

Yes, it was from the '90s, probably around the same time that Carl gave Justyn his sunburst Fender Strat.
