Surfboards used in early photo sessions.

I see at the Grammy Museum it says there is the surfboard that they used for the photo shoot on their first three albums and I read somewhere else that it's not the one but a similar board that belonged to Dennis. I don't know which is true?
Also does anybody know anything about the other board that they were pictured with around the same time that was used in the picture of the Surfin' USA EP?
It would be interesting to know what make the boards were etc.

Yeah, that would be interesting to know.
I guess Paul is asking about these two boards:
EDIT: This article says the board shown at the Grammy Museum is Dennis':

The Surfin Safari 45 sleeve board belonged to the sister of Wilson neighbor Louie Marotta, i believe her name was Lois, the boys reportedly borrowed it for their photos. The Surfin Safari LP and Ten Little Indians 45 sleeve board, used in the Paradise Cove shoot is the same one as in the Grammy museum which is displayed as being Dennis' board. Dave told me the one in the museum is the same model, but not the same board pictured in the iconic shots. Not sure about the details behind that factoid.

Allright. Thanks Jon for clearing this up!
Do we know what happened to Dennis' other surfboards (I guess he had more than one in his life)?

Not just a surfboard. Surfboard(s) that we know from looking at for many years on the single record sleeves and album covers. Just as important as the Pendleton shirts that were worn for the photo shoots (which are repllcated by Pendleton today).

I, I love the colorful clothes she wears, and she's already working on my brain. I only looked in her eyes, but I picked up something I just can't explain. I, I bet I know what she’s like, and I can feel how right she’d be for me. It’s weird how she comes in so strong, and I wonder what she’s picking up from me. I hope it’s good, good, good, good vibrations, yeah!!

Am I supposed to know her?
If that's Mary, she was one hot babe!
And I like surfboards.

To me that adds to it. Like that scribbled note from Brian that's replicated in the '93 box booklet, telling Dave what he needs to wear. This was a bunch of excited kids, borrowing a surfboard for their first photoshoot. The whole wild ride ahead of them.

No , from the looks of the mag shes some Russian chick.
I picked her for an Iconess because of the hand position thing, plus for whatever reason she appeared in my search.
I think the dude is St. Thomas, not Jesus...so not the Mary you are thinking of.

The late Greek actress Aliki Vougiouklaki.
Run her name through Google's Image Search for more photos. She's in Wikipedia, too (although without a decent photo).

That's actually what I first thought, but didn't dare to post it, might get trouble from the bible belt!
